DO YOU BUY OUTRIGHT?
We do not buy outright. We consign your items for 60 days and split the proceeds 50/50.
HOW IS PRICING DETERMINED?
We generally price items under $100. Larger items we work together, considering things like condition, purchase price, date of purchase, etc.
DO YOU PICK UP OR DELIVER?
We do not, however, we can refer you to an outstanding moving company.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ITEMS IF THEY DO NOT SELL?
After the contract expires, there is a 3 day grace period. At that time, you may either pick up your item(s), or they will be donated.
IF I DON'T LIKE AN ITEM, CAN I RETURN IT?
In consideration of our consignors, we do not have a return policy. We ask that you make sure you “love” your purchase before taking it home.
DO YOU OFFER DESIGN SERVICES?
Yes! We are happy to come to your home. Usually two members of our staff come to your home and offer all types of service, from paint consultation, furniture remix and all things in between!
